At Rhapurba LLC, we specialize in 100% digital products. All items sold on our website are Digital Gift Cards (e-codes). Therefore, no physical items are shipped, and no courier services are used.
Instead of traditional shipping, we provide Instant Digital Delivery via Email or WhatsApp immediately after your payment is verified.
2. Delivery Method
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your digital gift card code will be delivered through one of the following methods (based on your selection at checkout):
📧 Email Delivery: The code and redemption instructions will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
💬 WhatsApp Delivery: The code will be sent directly to your WhatsApp number.
🌐 Account Dashboard: If you have a registered account, the code may also appear in your “Order History” or “My Account” section.
3. Delivery Timeframes
We pride ourselves on speed. Our standard delivery times are:
Instant Delivery (Automated): For most brands (Amazon, Apple, Google, Steam, etc.), codes are generated and sent within 1–5 minutes of successful payment verification.
Manual Processing: In rare cases (e.g., high traffic, system maintenance, or large bulk orders), delivery may take up to 30 minutes.
Verification Delay: If our security system flags a transaction for manual review (to prevent fraud), delivery may be delayed by up to 2–4 hours. We will contact you via phone or WhatsApp if this occurs.
⏰ Operating Hours: While our system is automated 24/7, manual support is available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (BST), Sunday to Friday. Orders placed outside these hours are still processed automatically but may have slightly slower support response times if issues arise.
4. What You Will Receive
Your delivery will include:
The Gift Card Code: A unique alphanumeric string (e.g., ASX8-9921-KL29).
PIN (if applicable): Some cards require a separate PIN scratch-off code.
Redemption Instructions: Step-by-step guide on where to enter the code (e.g., amazon.com/redeem).
Region Information: Clear indication of whether the card is US Region, Global, or BD Specific.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, please:
✅ Double-check your email/WhatsApp number before paying. We are not responsible for codes sent to incorrect details provided by the customer.
✅ Check Spam/Junk Folders: Automated emails sometimes land in Spam. Please check there if you don’t see our email within 5 minutes.
✅ Keep Codes Private: Once sent, the code is like cash. Do not share it with anyone. We cannot replace lost or stolen codes.
6. Non-Delivery Issues
If you have not received your code within 30 minutes:
Check your Spam/Junk folder.
Verify the email/phone number on your order confirmation.

7. Refunds Related to Delivery
If a code fails to deliver due to our system error, we will either re-send a valid code immediately or issue a full refund.
If a code is delivered successfully but the customer claims non-receipt due to incorrect email/phone entry, we cannot offer a refund or replacement, as the code has already been dispatched.
8. International Delivery
Since our products are digital, “shipping” is global. However, please note:
Region Locks: While delivery is instant worldwide, the usage of the card may be restricted (e.g., an Amazon US card works only on amazon.com). Always check the product description for region details before buying.
